L'HV is our modern interpretation of absinthe,
which was enjoyed in the legendary cafés of Paris during “l'heure verte”, the green hour, in the mid-19th century.

Translated into our present is the complexity and the
Uniqueness of taste remained. What is new, however, is this
surprising lightness and mildness, which make the spirit significantly more versatile and accessible.

Our goal was not only to revive a legendary drink that has been completely unfairly forgotten, but also to capture the unique attitude to life of this time.
